We want you to feel confident and cared for in your HARA pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make the return process simple and smooth.

Start a Return or Exchange

To begin your return or exchange, you’ll need your order number and delivery postcode.

Just head to our Returns Portal and follow the steps.

Once your return is approved and on its way back to us, we’ll process your refund, exchange, or store credit as quickly as possible.


Our Returns Policy

We accept returns and exchanges on most full-priced items within 30 days of purchase, as long as they meet the conditions below:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all packaging intact

We do not accept returns on Final Sale items or opened Underwear due to hygiene reasons

For Sale items, we offer store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery

Bras are eligible for return or exchange

You’ll receive your refund via your original payment method, or you can opt for store credit


Underwear & Hygiene Policy

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened Underwear, which includes:

Eva G-String

Maya Low Waist Undies

Lena High Waist Undies

Moana High Waist G-String

Period Underwear

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us—we'll always honour your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Note: Bras are not classified as Underwear and can be returned or exchanged, provided they meet our policy.


Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are faulty.
If a Final Sale item or opened Underwear is returned, we will not be able to issue a refund or return the item to you.


Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, we’re here to help.

For items that arrive faulty, please contact us within 21 days of delivery

For faults that develop with wear, reach out within 3 months of purchase for a repair or replacement

Email us at support@hara.earth with your order number and photos of the issue.


A Few Things to Note

Returns submitted through our Returns Portal are processed fastest

We currently do not offer return shipping labels in all countries—if one is available for your location, you’ll receive it when your return is approved

Items purchased from our stockists or other retailers must be returned through the original place of purchase

Returned items that don’t meet our hygiene or returns criteria may be rejected
