Thank you for your order with HARA and supporting sustainable fashion. If you need to return your purchase, we will accept a return of any full-priced item within 30 days of purchase, subject to our returns conditions below.

For health & hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened Underwear. Underwear includes Eva G-String, Maya Low Waist Undies, Lena High Waist Undies, and Moana High Waist G-String.

If an Underwear item is received faulty (subject to Australian Consumer Law), please reach out to our team.

If a Final Sale item or opened Underwear is returned to us, we will be unable to issue a refund/exchange, and we will also be unable to return the item to you.

Bras do not classify as Underwear and can be exchanged/returned as long as they meet our policy.

Exchange: We accept exchanges for full-priced items (except Final Sale items and Underwear) purchased online within 30 days of purchase. Please click here to initiate your exchange.

Refunds: We offer refunds on full-priced items purchased online within 21 days of purchase. Goods must be in original condition and include original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your refund has been processed, please allow up to 7 business days for the funds to appear back in your account. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Faulty Items: If your item arrives damaged, report it within 21 days of receipt for replacement, repair, or refund. For manufacturing faults after wear, report within 3 months for repair or replacement.
