PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES
Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing. Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding Australian public holidays). Meaning if you place an order after 4pm on Friday, it won't be packed until the following Monday.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
All orders are shipped from our Melbourne, Australia HQ and shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?
Depending on your location international shipping times can vary, it also depends on other factors like your local customs clearance times. All our international orders are shipped via DHL or Australia Post. All the tracking details will be emailed to you once your package is dispatched from the warehouse.
TAXES AND DUTIES
For orders shipped to Canada, the European Union, and the United Kingdom, delivery duties will be collected at checkout. This ensures a seamless delivery process without additional customs fees upon arrival.
For other international orders, taxes and duties may apply, as determined by your local customs authorities. We are unable to modify the value of your order on the commercial invoice, and any additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Please familiarize yourself with your local import rules prior to ordering. If you refuse these charges, your order will be returned to us and refunded, minus an $80 AUD return shipping fee.
LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that a safe and secure delivery address is provided and that all shipping information is entered accurately. We are unable to refund or replace orders due to incorrect shipping addresses, left, lost, or stolen packages. We will not be held liable for lost packages once proof of delivery has been received, however, please contact us right away and we will do whatever we can to help you locate your package.
If you are shipping to a building without a concierge or safe place to leave a parcel, we strongly recommend adding a signature request to your shipment. In order to do so, please contact support@hara.earth once your order has been placed.
If your order arrives in damaged condition, please contact us at support@hara.earth with your order number and photos of the damage within 48 hours of receiving for further assistance.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds / exchanges for change of mind. If your product arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact support@hara.earth within 48 hours of receiving for further assistance.
MISSING PARCELS
On the event that your parcel is held up or is lost, it may take up to a week to receive an answer from the Australia Post Investigation Team. Unfortunately, the Australia Post timeframes are out of our control however we will do our best to rectify the issue ASAP.
INCORRECT INFORMATION
Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes to your shipping address. Please double check your shipping address is correct before confirming your order. Business addresses must include the business name.
If parcels are not collected or are required to be returned to sender due to insufficient or incorrect information, postage costs are unable to be refunded. Once you have placed your order, you are committing to the sale and declaring that all information entered including the shipping address is correct.
If you do find you have entered incorrect shipping information please email us ASAP at support@hara.earth and we will attempt to correct the mistake.
