Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding Australian public holidays). Meaning if you place an order after 4pm on Friday, it won't be packed until the following Monday.

Depending on your location international shipping times can vary, most orders are received within 5-15 business days around the world. It can depend on other factors like your local customs clearance times.
All international orders are shipped via DHL or Australia Post. Tracking details will be emailed to you once your package is dispatched from the warehouse.
For U.S. Customers We will be covering all U.S. duties and tariffs on your behalf. If anything changes down the track, we’ll be sure to give you a heads-up. *Note this does not include any applicable state taxes
For orders shipped to European Union, Canada and the United Kingdom, delivery duties and taxes will be collected at checkout. This ensures a seamless delivery process without additional customs fees upon arrival.
For other international orders - taxes and duties may apply and be charged when your order arrives in your country, as determined by your local customs authorities.
We are unable to modify the value of your order on the commercial invoice, and any additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Please familiarize yourself with your local import rules prior to ordering.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that a safe and secure delivery address is provided and that all shipping information is entered accurately.
We are unable to refund or replace orders due to incorrect shipping addresses, left, lost, or stolen packages. We will not be held liable for lost packages once proof of delivery has been received, however, please contact us right away and we will do whatever we can to help you locate your package.
If you are shipping to a building without a concierge or safe place to leave a parcel, we strongly recommend adding a signature request to your shipment. In order to do so, please contact support@hara.earth once your order has been placed.
If your order arrives in damaged condition, please contact us at support@hara.earth with your order number and photos of the damage within 5 days of receiving for further assistance.
On the event that your parcel is held up or is lost, it may take up to a week to receive an answer from the Shipping Carriers Investigation Team. Unfortunately, the timeframes are out of our control however we will do our best to rectify the issue ASAP.
Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes to your shipping address. Please double check your shipping address is correct before confirming your order. Business addresses must include the business name. If parcels are not collected or are required to be returned to sender due to insufficient or incorrect information, postage costs are unable to be refunded. Once you have placed your order, you are committing to the sale and declaring that all information entered including the shipping address is correct. If you do find you have entered incorrect shipping information please email us ASAP at support@hara.earth and we will attempt to correct the mistake.
