What size should I buy?

HARA is all about embracing versatile comfort. Our products are crafted using a soft, stretchy fabric that is designed to fit flexibly over your body. How long is the current order processing time?

Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed and ready for shipment. 

Is it possible to add more items after I have finalised my order?

Unfortunately we are not able to make any changes to an order after the order has been paid for.  

We recommend you make another purchase and then emailing us your order numbers.  We will be happy to ship your orders together and refund the shipping fee on the second order.

Are HARA bras maternity friendly?

HARA bralettes are wire-free and stretchy, allowing easy adjustment for feeding. This makes them a great choice as a maternity-friendly alternative bralette.

How do I extend the life of my bra?

First note the care instruction from above! We recommend rotating between multiple bras and allowing the elastic in your bra to rest between wears.

After being worn a lot, usually 6 months to a year, depending on how often it is worn and your body type, the elastic in your bra will begin to wear down. You may notice the straps are beginning to loosen. 

I have not received my order, what do I do?

If it has been more than a week since your delivery was due, please contact customer support at support@hara.earth.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, please note that once an order is confirmed, we cannot guarantee modifications. Orders that have been processed and dispatched cannot be cancelled or modified.

How will I know my order has gone through?

You'll receive an order confirmation email once your order is confirmed. Please remember to check your junk/spam folder. If you haven't received confirmation within an hour, please contact our customer support at support@hara.earth, they will be able to assist you further with the status of your order.

Can you use the intimates as swimwear?

The bamboo intimates can be worn in the sea, lakes, rivers and any other natural places to swim. Please avoid chlorine pools or exposure to other chemicals as this will destroy the natural dyes and bamboo fabric. Hand wash with fresh water after use.

What is my order number?

Your order number will be sent to you in an order confirmation email following purchase. If you are having trouble locating it, check your spam folder first.  If you still cannot locate the confirmation email, please email us at support@hara.earth.

Do I have to pay taxes & duties on International orders?

Customers are accountable for any taxes and duties incurred. Please ensure you are aware of the specific taxes and duties applicable to your destination before placing an order.

What if I received the wrong order?

If you received the incorrect item, please email us at support@hara.earth. and a member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible. In the rare case that you received the incorrect item, we will be happy to send you the correct one at no additional cost, along with a return label for the incorrect item?

When do you ship?

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to process. We ship Monday through Friday with the exception of Australian public holidays.
