We’re Hiring: Content Creator (Part-Time)

Location: HARA HQ – Braybrook, Melbourne

We’re looking for a creative and self-led Content Creator to join our team at HARA. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes visual storytelling, knows their way around an iPhone camera, and has a deep appreciation for aesthetics, community, and sustainability.

You’ll be working closely with our team to create beautiful, aligned content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and more, capturing everything from behind-the-scenes moments to campaign shoots, product videos, and creative reels.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating video and photo content for Instagram, Reels, Stories, TikTok, Facebook, and our website

• Shooting and editing short-form videos (iPhone preferred)

• Capturing BTS content from campaign shoots and day-to-day studio life

• Helping shape our content strategy and rollout

• Managing the content calendar and aligning with our brand voice

• Supporting email marketing and blog visuals when needed

• Growing our community through thoughtful, engaging content

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in content creation or social media (fashion industry is a bonus)

• Is confident with their iPhone camera and lighting tools

• Has basic photography, videography and editing skills

• Has a strong eye for aesthetic and detail

• Understands the pace of social media and stays across trends and algorithms

• Is aligned with HARA’s values and voice

• Bonus if you’re confident with Canva, Illustrator, or InDesign
