Cancer Season - Coming Home to Yourself

On June 21st, we entered Cancer season. A time to soften, feel, and return inward. Ruled by the Moon, Cancer invites us to tune in to the quiet spaces within, to nurture what feels tender, and to seek safety in slowness.
Cancer is the Mother of the zodiac. She is water, womb, home. Her energy reminds us that care is not a luxury; it is essential. During this season, we are asked to rest more deeply, protect our boundaries, and honour what feels nourishing and true.
A Season for Emotional Restoration
You may feel more sensitive than usual, more attuned to the moods of others or called to retreat and recharge. Rather than pushing through, Cancer season asks us to pause. This is a time for tending to your inner world. Think warm baths, slow walks, journaling by candlelight, calling your mum.
Let yourself feel. Healing happens in the soft spaces.

For the Collective
This season reminds us of our shared need for belonging. It asks us to lead with care, to protect not perform, to connect from the heart not the ego.
Let this be a time of remembering that your softness is strength. That coming home to yourself is an act of power.
In your body, in your breath, in your boundaries. May you feel safe, seen, and held this Cancer season.
