HARA Highlights 03. April
01 Dance Remedy

Dance Remedy by Zoe Marsh in Melbourne is a space where I could completely let go and flow with the music. The energy in the room was magnetic, with Zoe guiding us through a journey of self-expression, connection, and joyful release, leaving me feeling both grounded and uplifted.

03 Project 88 with Eleanor Ysabelle

Here I performed as an artist and created a felt sense of studio in my living room. I placed an object that could transits me quickly to artist mode — green tea. It works to this day, becoming a natural practice, bringing me to place a cup on a table, encouraging me to translate my sensations to words, assembling images together, making sounds.
With each day comes a prompt that you can use in your practice — When and where does your artist emerge? What environments does it love to make an appearance in? How frequently do you desire to witness it? @eleanorysabelle
04 Artists Way
Written by Julia Cameron, The Artist’s Way delves into creativity as a spiritual practice and form of meditation. This book is not just for established artists; it aims to help artists maintain discipline, inspire those who feel creatively blocked, and even encourage lapsed creatives to reconnect with their dreams.
05 Charlotte crop top in Olive

Melisa said "She’s so versatile!! I wear this on walks, to the gym, around the house & out for dinner. Soft like butter". We couldn’t agree more. The Charlotte Crop Top was made for pure comfort and style. As the season shifts, we’ve been especially drawn to the grounding energy of Olive.
