Isn't it interesting how the things we once desired can look entirely different once we've had time to grow? The person we couldn't stop thinking about, the friendship we kept trying to save, the dream we once believed we couldn't live without. Sometimes, distance reveals that what we wanted isn't necessarily what we need anymore.
With Venus in retrograde this month, old lovers, friendships, desires and unresolved feelings may find their way back into our orbit. But perhaps the question isn't whether something from the past will return. It's whether the version of you who once wanted it still exists. After a month of questioning our attachments and examining our relationships, the Full Moon in Taurus invites us back to what matters and is in alignment with the version of who we are today.
Are our relationships reciprocal? Are we confusing familiarity with compatibility? And where might we be giving so much to others that we've forgotten to give to ourselves?

5 Practices for the Full Moon

01 Rest & restore
Give yourself permission to slow down, take a nap, enjoy an early night or create space for stillness without feeling the need to be productive. Rest isn’t something you have to earn; it’s what helps you show up fully for everything else.
02 Grounding in nature
Spend time barefoot on the earth, walk among trees or sit outside in the fresh air. Allow yourself to reconnect with the present moment through your senses, noticing the ground beneath you, the sounds around you and the air on your skin.
03 Nervous system regulation
Practise gentle breathwork, such as breathing in for four counts and out for six, or try a slow body scan to release tension and settle your mind. A longer exhale tells your body it’s safe to soften and let go.
04 Financial check-in
Review your spending, savings and financial goals and consider whether your money is supporting the life and values you genuinely want to cultivate. Approach it with curiosity rather than judgement, as the aim is awareness, not guilt.
05 Release & reconnect ritual
Write down what no longer feels aligned with your values, then write what you wish to invite more of into your life. Close by choosing one small action that honours those intentions, and trust that small steps are enough.
