How to choose

Same absorbency, different cuts. All four styles have the same three-layer liner. The difference is rise and coverage.

Heaviest days or nights? The Full Brief gives the most coverage. For lighter days, discharge or spotting, the g-strings are discreet.

Fit is key. They're true to your usual undies size but feel snugger. A close fit at the legs stops leaks, so size up if you're between sizes.

Questions

How much do your period undies hold?

Each pair holds about 15 ml, equal to 3 regular tampons or 4 regular pads, with up to 12 hours of protection. They're designed for moderate to heavy days, light bladder leaks and everyday discharge. On your heaviest nights, choose the Full Brief for the most coverage, or pair them with your usual product.

How do period undies fit?

They're cut to your usual underwear size, but the absorbent layers make them feel snugger than our everyday undies. Some customers find the Classic Brief runs small, so size up if you're between sizes. A close fit around the legs is what stops leaks, so they shouldn't gape.

How do I care for period undies?

Rinse in cold water after wearing until the water runs clear, then cool machine wash in a lingerie bag. Skip fabric softener because it blocks absorbency, and always line dry. Wash a new pair once before its first wear.

Can I return underwear?

For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns of opened underwear, including period underwear. Unopened packs can be returned within 30 days. If you're new to HARA, we suggest trying one pair before buying a bundle buy. If you do buy multiple in the same size, only open one to try sizing first so you can return the unopened ones. Faulty pairs are always covered (see Faulty items).
