Returns & Exchanges

You can return or exchange most full-price items within 30 days of purchase if they're unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. Choose a refund to your original payment method, store credit, or an exchange.

Bras can be returned. Opened underwear can't, for hygiene reasons (see period underwear returns).

Yes, for Australia and the US: the portal gives you a prepaid label (Australia Post in Australia, UPS in the US). For the rest of the world, return postage is at your cost, so we recommend a tracked service. We still ship exchange items back to you free.

We process returns within 3 business days of them arriving at HQ and email you when that's done. Refunds take up to 7 business days to appear, depending on your bank. Exchanges ship the same day they're processed, and you'll get a new tracking email.

Start your exchange in our returns portal with your order number and delivery postcode, and pick the new size or colour. Send your return back, and once it arrives at our Melbourne HQ, your new item is sent out with free shipping.

Yes. Start the return with the original order number and the delivery postcode (ask the gift-giver if you need it), and choose an exchange or store credit. Refunds always go back to the original payment method.

Items bought on sale can be exchanged or returned for store credit, but not refunded. That's why the portal only shows those two options on sale orders. Final-sale items can't be returned unless they're faulty.

For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns of opened underwear, including period underwear. Unopened packs can be returned within 30 days. If you're new to HARA, we suggest trying one pair before buying a multipack. Faulty pairs are always covered (see Faulty items).

If you're in the EU or UK, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

To withdraw, email us within those 14 days with your name, order number, the items you're withdrawing from, and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract. We'll confirm by email and send you return instructions.

Please send the items back within 14 days of telling us. Once we receive them (or proof you've sent them), we'll refund the items and the original standard delivery cost to your original payment method within 14 days. Return postage is at your cost.
