Cool machine wash on a gentle cycle, ideally inside out in a lingerie bag with similar colours. Line dry in the shade, or lay flat on a towel. Never tumble dry, bleach or use fabric softener.

Bamboo is very soft, which also makes it prone to friction pilling, especially from rough surfaces, bag straps or a busy washing machine. A lingerie bag, a gentle cycle and line drying make the biggest difference. If a seam comes apart or the fabric fails within 3 months, that's a fault, so contact us.

We use low-impact reactive dyes. Rich colours can bleed in the first few washes or when damp (from sweat or rain, for example), so wash darks separately at first. Colours also look slightly different from screen to screen. If a colour isn't what you expected, you can exchange it within 30 days, unworn.

Most of our intimates and loungewear are 90% organically grown bamboo-derived fibre (OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified) and 10% spandex. Our new range is linen. Our everyday underwear isn't cotton, though our period liners include some cotton layers. A few lightweight styles, like the Mila Flares in pale colours, can be slightly sheer.

Each pair holds about 15 ml, equal to 3 regular tampons or 4 regular pads, with up to 12 hours of protection. They're designed for moderate to heavy days, light bladder leaks and everyday discharge. On your heaviest nights, choose the Full Brief for the most coverage, or pair them with your usual product.

Rinse in cold water after wearing until the water runs clear, then cool machine wash in a lingerie bag. Skip fabric softener because it blocks absorbency, and always line dry. Wash a new pair once before its first wear.
