I didn't get my welcome code, or I forgot to use it.
Join the Moon Circle at the bottom of any page and your 10% first-order code arrives by email, so check your junk folder too. If you've just ordered and forgot to apply it, email us within 24 hours with your order number and we'll do our best. Only one code can be used per order.
Something I bought just went on sale. Can I get the difference?
We don't offer price adjustments on past orders. If your order is unopened and full price, you can return it within 30 days and reorder at the sale price.
Digital gift cards are emailed instantly and can be used across multiple orders until the balance runs out. Bundle & Save takes 10% off 3 items, 15% off 5 and 20% off 7 eligible pieces, applied automatically in your cart. If a gift card or bundle doesn't apply, send us a screenshot and we'll sort it out.
