Finding your size, bra fit and support, and sizing for pregnancy and period underwear.
Finding your size
What size should I buy?
Every product page has a size chart with bust, waist and hip measurements in cm and inches. Sizes run XS–3XL (AU 6–18). Measure yourself and go by the chart, not your usual label: use hips and waist for undies and bottoms, and bust for bras and tops.
Our bamboo stretches and moulds to you, so if you're unsure, email us your measurements and we'll recommend a size.
I'm between sizes, pregnant or breastfeeding. What should I choose?
If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up in bras and period underwear. For pregnancy and feeding, the Cleo Maternity Bra is pull-on with no clips or hardware, so it stretches with your changing body and gives easy access for feeding.
The Stella has fixed straps and is designed for light coverage, so on a longer torso or a fuller bust it can lift when you raise your arms. Going up a size usually helps. If you want to set the strap length yourself, the Meadow Adjustable Bra has the same triangle shape with adjustable straps and a little more hold.
For more support, choose the Meadow (adjustable straps) or the Cleo (wide underbust band, double-layer front and wider straps). The Stella, the bandeaus and the Aroha One Shoulder Top are light-support pieces, best for smaller cup sizes or lounging. Our bras are wire-free and unpadded.
They're cut to your usual underwear size, but the absorbent layers make them feel snugger than our everyday undies. Some customers find the Classic Brief runs small, so size up if you're between sizes. A close fit around the legs is what stops leaks, so they shouldn't gape.
