Shipping & Duties

We pack orders in Melbourne within 2 business days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 4pm Friday go out on Monday.

After dispatch, standard delivery usually takes 1–4 business days in Australia, 3–6 to New Zealand, 5–10 to the US, Canada and UK, and 5–15 to the EU and Asia Pacific. Express is faster everywhere; see Shipping for every region.

Standard shipping is free over $100 AUD in Australia, $100 USD in the US, $100 NZD in New Zealand, $100 CAD in Canada and £50 in the UK. The EU threshold is $150 AUD. Checkout shows the exact rate and free-shipping threshold in your currency before you pay.

Pre-order pieces show an estimated dispatch window on the product page and in your confirmation email. If your order mixes pre-order and in-stock items, it ships together once everything is ready. If dates change, we'll email you, and you can cancel any pre-order before it ships.

Yes, if the order hasn't been dispatched. Email us the correct address with your order number straight away. Once a parcel is with the carrier, we can't change it, but you can often redirect it through the carrier's tracking page.

Check your letterbox, parcel locker, neighbours and any safe-drop spots, then give it one more business day, as parcels are sometimes scanned early. If it still hasn't turned up, email us with your order number. We'll open an investigation with the carrier, which can take up to a week.

United States: we cover all US duties and tariffs for you (state taxes excluded).

EU, UK and Canada: duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, so there's nothing to pay at the door.

Everywhere else: your local customs may charge duties or taxes on arrival, and these are the recipient's responsibility. We can't change the value on the commercial invoice.

That shouldn't happen for EU, UK or Canadian orders. Please email us your order number and a photo of the receipt or carrier notice, and we'll take it up with DHL for you.
