Thank you for your order with HARA and supporting sustainable fashion. If you need to return your purchase, we will accept a return of any full-priced item within 21 days of purchase and subject to our returns conditions below.

For health & hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened Underwear.

Underwear includes Eva G-String, Maya Low Waist Undies, Lena High Waist Undies, Moana High Waist G-String.

If an Underwear is received faulty (subject to Australian Consumer Law), please reach out to the team.
If a Final Sale item, or opened Underwear is returned to us, we will be unable to issue a refund/exchange, and we will also be unable to return the item to you.

Bras do not classify as Underwear and can be exchanged/returned so long as they meet our policy.

We accept exchanges for full priced items  (except Final Sale items, & Underwear) purchased online within 21 days of purchase.

Refunds

We offer refunds on full priced items purchased online within 21 days of purchase. goods must be in original condition and include original packaging. Once processed the original payment method will be refunded in full for the value of the item(s) returned excluding shipping costs associated with the order. Please note we cannot change card numbers or refund via a different method or to a different person.

Once your refund has been processed, depending on your payment method, please allow up to 7 business days for the funds to appear back into your account.

We do not offer refunds on gift cards or any discounted items, including any promotional discounts.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged this needs to be reported within 21 days of receipt for replacement, repair or refund. goods with manufacturing faults after wear need to be reported within 3 months of purchase for repair if possible or replacement. please note that items which have been damaged as a result of incorrect garment care or general wear are not considered to be faulty.

to be eligible for a refund or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and your item/s must be unused and in original condition/packaging. Without this it will not be processed.

when returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for lost packages. HARA is not responsible for the cost of return postage.
